Getting to Uman is the easy half. Going home you are working against a desk that closes, on the same two days as everyone else who came for Rosh Hashana. This page is the seventeen routes out of Uman side by side, with how long each one really takes once check-in and the border are counted.
The allowance is the slow end of the drive plus three hours for check-in — never the average, because the two mistakes do not cost the same. The last column is worked in Uman's own clock for a 10:00 departure, which is why most of the western airports start the night before.

Traffic at a crossing is directional, and after Rosh Hashana it runs one way. A crossing that waved you through on the way in can be the slow one on the way out, so the table of live waits is worth a look the morning you leave rather than the memory of the journey down.
Which makes the ride home the easiest one of the year to share: the airport is the same, the day is the same, and the flights are usually a few hours apart. Tell us the flight and we look for somebody going your way.
