Uman148 (“we”, “us”) operates uman148.com, a service for booking private airport, border and train-station transfers to and from Uman, Ukraine, and for registering drivers who want to work with us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights regarding it.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a transfer booking, we collect:

Your name, WhatsApp/phone number and email address;
Trip details — pickup or drop-off location, direction, travel date, and number of passengers;
The flight ticket file you attach (PDF or image), used to identify and track your trip.

When you submit a driver registration, we collect your name, phone number, city, car details (make, model, year, plate, seats, class), languages, and the documents you upload (driving licence, vehicle registration, and interior/exterior car photos).

For every submission we also record limited technical data: your IP address, approximate country (from your network), and your browser/device type (user-agent). This helps us prevent abuse and understand where requests come from.

2. How we use your information

To arrange, confirm and carry out your transfer, or to review your driver application;
To contact you about your request via WhatsApp, phone or email;
To share the minimum necessary details (e.g. name, pickup, time) with the assigned driver;
To keep records of bookings and registrations for operational and accounting purposes.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where your data goes

Our dispatch team receives a notification of each booking and registration (including the details and uploaded files above) in order to act on it promptly.
Assigned drivers receive only what they need to complete your transfer.
Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: our hosting server and Cloudflare (used as a CDN and for security). Data is stored on our own server.

4. Retention & security

We keep booking and driver data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. Access to stored data and uploaded files is restricted to authorised dispatch staff and protected by authentication.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand aggregate site usage — how many visitors arrive, where they come from, and which parts of the booking flow they complete. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose; IP addresses are truncated before storage and we do not use them to identify you personally. We do not use any advertising or retargeting cookies. You can opt out by installing Google’s browser opt-out or by blocking cookies in your browser.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you submitted. To make a request, contact us at support@uman148.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
